Indiana Jones sports a shoulder bag in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981). The bag is a Mark VII British Gas Mask Bag (also known as MK VII), which was produced during the height of World War II in the 1940s and carried by both British soldiers and British civilians alike.
Since Raiders of the Lost Ark takes place in 1936, the bag is an anachronism.
