"Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head" is featured in Spider-Man 2 (2005) shortly after Peter Parker gives up his Spider-Man gig.
The song first appeared in the 1969 western movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and was sung by B.J. Thomas.
Burt Bacharach composed the music while Hal David wrote the lyrics for the popular song, which garnered a 1969 Academy Award for Best Song (for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid) and topped the Billboard Hot 100 list in January 1970.
"Raindrops" also notably became the first number one hit of the 1970s.
